Our rich, house-made foie gras mousse that we sealed with strawberry-basil gelee spiked with Albino Armani Prosecco Rose and a dusting of crushed black peppercorns. 

Serve with baguette or fine crackers + biscuits. Pair with our Duck Prosciutto and World Cheese Awards gold medalists Everton and Queen Anne's Lace.
