When will my order arrive?

Where does Smoking Goose ship?
Smoking Goose can deliver to all 50 states in the USA. Free Shipping offers are valid for the lower 48 states. PO Boxes are not eligible for delivery at this time.
My order has not arrived. What should I do?
Please check your order confirmation email for the shipping time frame you selected during check out. Questions? Contact us with the form below -- we're always happy to help. Heads up that Smoking Goose is not responsible if the delivery address provided is incorrect and/or if the delivery is not held in refrigerated storage immediately upon delivery.
My account login/password isn't working -- what should I do?
Here on Smoking Goose's new website, your old login/password may no longer be valid. Try to reset password your password and if that doesn't work for ya, simply create a new account to get started. Feel free to reach out to us with any questions: telephone number and email form are below.
How Is My Order Shipped?
Smoking Goose ships via UPS and FedEx. All orders are packaged to remain at appropriate temperatures during transit. All orders should be unpacked and properly stored upon arrival. Smoking Goose is not responsible for orders that are not unpacked and properly stored upon arrival.
Are Meat School Classes transferable or refundable?
Treat Meat School Class registrations like concert tickets: they cannot be transferred to another date. But if you cannot attend, you can give your spot(s) to lucky friends. Refunds (minus a $50 service fee) may only be available if another guest on the waiting list is able to take your spot(s). Questions? Contact us through the form below.
