These hand-harvested black Beldi olives are a Moroccan staple. First sea-salt cured, and finished with olive oil, their deep savory and briny flavor makes them ideal for tapenades and salads.

Serve with fresh greens and thin shaves of Culatello Di Dorman. Serve as an appetizer and marinade in olive oil with cubes of feta and our Delaware Fireball or Genoa Salame.
