Churned by the Amish from farm fresh cream that has been cultured, creating crème fraiche, and then batch churned to create the unique creamy, tangy flavor. Made in a round pat with the iconic Pepe Saya head, the first rounds were sold at Carriageworks Farmers Markets in Sydney, November 2010.
Superb butter can be a great addition to the pairing board. Drizzle with a little local honey, grab a crusty baguette and thin slices of Culatello Dry Cured Ham
