We cold smoked whole wheels of Tulip Tree Creamery’s Hops Cheese over fruit wood. This rotating special cheese features a rind washed with Centerpoint Brewing's black porter.
Its buttery texture and sweet smokiness are ideal to pair with the spice of our Dorman Firestick and Coppa.
Each piece about 7oz. Store in refrigerator.
Ingredients: pasteurized cows milk, salt, vegetarian friendly rennet, calcium chloride, washed with porter (malted barley, water, hops, and yeast)
