An annual autumn tradition! We make these sweet preserves with cardamom, cinnamon, vanilla bean paste, and more plus a blend of local apples from Doud's Orchard including chestnut crab, summerset, sweet maia, honeycrisp, Mollie's delicious, and 32-75 (a yet-to-be-named new variety!).
Serve on biscuits, waffles, ice cream, ham sandwiches, and cheese + charcuterie boards paired with our Rust Belt Saucisson and Salame Cotto.
