Nettles are a leafy, green plant that's been foraged for centuries to serve in soups, stews, egg dishes, all kinds of dishes. Naturally rich in Vitamin C, calcium, potassium, and more, it's also a popular ingredient in folk medicine. Nettles' flavor is kinda like a perkier, more citrus-y version of spinach.
