Our rich, house-made foie gras mousse that we sealed with a Raspberry Lambic gelée infused with pomegranate and cherry reduction. Finished with a pinch of crushed pink peppercorns. 

Serve with your favorite crackers or crusty bread. Pair with our Duck Prosciutto and World Cheese Awards gold medalist winner Queen Anne's Lace.

Each container about 5oz; Store in the refrigerator, and let come to room temp before serving.
