We'll visit and learn about all the areas in our USDA inspected meatery: from the Raw Room where old-school seam butchering begins to the variety of smoking chambers and smoking methods we use.
After the tour, your ticket includes a guided tasting of 5 charcuterie varieties that demonstrates the deliciously diverse world of cured meats and how Smoking Goose's meat treats stand out.

Available for all ages; however, children's tickets are for 6 years or younger + must be accompanied by a ticketed adult + do not include the package of sliced charcuterie to take home.
The fine print:
- Tickets are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for other dates/events. Think of it like a concert -- if you cannot attend, give your ticket to lucky friends!

What to wear? We recommend dressing in layers. Our USDA-inspected production space stays at 42F or colder. However, the tasting will be in our temperature controlled classroom located inside the Public Smokehouse. Wear close-toed shoes and keep in mind that they may get a little wet.
