Our smoked turkey breast pulled off the bone and dressed under an autumn glaze we made by combining our Cranberry Mostarda with fig, caramelized onions + shallots, mustard, orange peel, herbs, and more.

Fully cooked. Simply thaw and it's ready to eat right out of the package or simple to heat and serve hot. See heating instructions below.

Make turkey sandwiches or Louisville's famous Hot Brown. Pair with our house-picked red onions and Risin' Creek Roasted Garlic Chevre.

Ingredients: smoked turkey breast, brown sugar, fig spread, shallot, onion, garlic, balsamic vinegar,  paprika, onion powder, cranberries, yellow mustard seed, white wine, mustard powder, granulated garlic, dried orange peel, dried rosemary, thyme, cinnamon sticks, clove, cranberry juice, sugar, orange zest, champagne vinegar, kosher salt, black pepper, extra virgin olive oil, butter, hickory salt.

Heating Instructions:

Remove from freezer and allow to thaw in refrigerator or at room temp. Empty package into an oven-safe dish and preheat oven to 350F. Heat--stirring occasionally--for about 10 minutes or until warmed through. (Exact heating time depends on how cold it is going into the oven.)
