Make turkey sandwiches or Louisville's famous Hot Brown. Pair with our house-picked red onions and Fire Butter Pickles.
Each package about 16oz. Store in freezer.
Heating instructions: Remove from freezer and allow to thaw. Empty package into an oven-safe dish and heat in a 350F oven--stirring occasionally--for about 10 minutes or until warmed through. (Exact heating time depends on how cold it is going into the oven.)
