We whipped silky ricotta with our 'Nduja -- a rich, spreadable salame spiked with Calabrian peppers -- for a delicious dip or spread that makes everything better.
Let come to room temp and serve with your favorite crackers + raw veggies. Top a pizza or flatbread (we like serving this with thin slices of our Lomo, too). Schmear on a hot bagel with pickled red onion and our smoked or cured salmon. Swirl in to mac-n-cheese, and add a dollop to top chili, baked potatoes, omelettes, and more.
