We'll provide your head-to-toe butcher's uniform (including your own limited-edition butcher's buttons) as we go behind-the-scenes to explore where Smoking Goose makes meat magic. 

We'll visit and learn about all the areas in our USDA inspected meatery: from the Raw Room where old-school seam butchering begins to the variety of smoking chambers and smoking methods we use.

Snag a selfie in the Aging Rooms where salumi hang from floor to ceiling, and check out how fermentation rooms, packaging machines, sausage linkers, and more are all part of Smoking Goose's story.

Experience the deliciously diverse world of cured meats with a guided six-course charcuterie tasting.
