Serve thick-cut slices with Potter's Caramelized Onion Crackers and Dutch Tulip Cheese from Indy's own Tulip Tree Creamery. Layer into sandwiches and toss pasta dishes with cubes. We especially like it in dishes paired with our Jowl Bacon and our new Gooseroni.
