This cheese is a traditional Dutch-style cheese. Smooth and sweet with great mild finish, inspired by Gouda, and made to be eaten when young. Aged 30 days and made with a natural rind.
This cheese may seem simple, but the buttery textures is perfect to pair with the heat of thin slices of Deleware Fireball and Coppa.
