These wheels are aged to develop a balanced, nutty flavor with subtle tanginess. Serve alongsideSpanish style Chorizo, Galician tinned fish, and Lomo.

Ingredients: Pasteurized Manchega Sheep's Milk, salt, cheese cultures, calcium chloride, rennet, lysozyme (egg white). Inedible rind color: caramel and annatto extract.
