These wheels are aged just 3 months to develop a lightly nutty flavor with subtle tanginess and a creamy finish. Serve alongsideSpanish style Chorizo, Galician tinned fish, and Lomo.

Ingredients: Pasteurized Manchega Sheep's Milk, salt, cheese cultures, calcium chloride, rennet, lysozyme (egg white). Inedible rind color: caramel and annatto extract.
