Locally foraged chanterelles -- the wild summer treat we all crave!
We blended these chanterelles with garlic, parsley, thyme, crushed red pepper flakes, and ramps (a highly prized variety of wild onion we collect in the spring and blend into ramp salt for seasoning). Rough-chopped and fully cooked, this versatile condiment is ready to eat.
Sprinkle into frittatas and omelettes. Top pasta and grilled steaks. Spoon onto crusty bread still hot from the toaster. Serve as a charcuterie board accompaniment paired with our Spruce Tip Bresaola and Foxglove cheese by Tulip Tree Creamery.
