- Jowl Bacon: whole pork jowl dry rub cured under a hearty dose of cracked black peppercorns and coriander then smoked over apple wood. one 12oz package of slices - store in refrigerator or freeze
- Bacon Bits: a blend of our black pepper Jowl Bacon + our Applewood Smoked Bacon that we cut clean and fast. one 8oz package - store in refrigerator or freezer
- Hillbelly Sausage: uncased pork + bacon sausage with maple syrup, cinnamon, nutmeg, clove, ginger. one 16oz package - store in freezer
- Mexican Chorizo Sausage: uncased pork sausage with cumin, oregano, ancho, sherry vinegar. one 16oz package - store in freezer
- Salmon Lox: cured in a special house blend for a minimum of 48 hours. one 5oz piece ready to slice and serve - store in refrigerator
