We made these cheesecakes with a blend of Midnight Moon goat cheese, pumpkin puree, maple syrup, and whipped cream in a crust of toasted pecans, crushed Effie's OatCakes, and finely chopped Bourbon Candied Jowl Bacon Jerky. Topped with our candied Sweet & Spicy Pecans and a dash of Bacon Salt, these sweet/savory cheesecakes are ready to eat and an ideal afternoon snack, desert bite, or even cheese board feature.
12 oz each, serves 2+. Store in freezer, and allow to thaw in refrigerator before serving.
