We brined these boneless, double-lobe Magret duck breasts under saffron from the only saffron farm in the U.S. plus orange peel, shallots, and more before finishing them under a saffron-orange sauce we spiked with Grand Marnier.
Slow smoked over fruit wood, these Magret duck breasts are fully cooked and ready to eat right out of the package or simple to heat and serve hot.
Slice and serve on charcuterie boards paired with our Big Red Wagyu Beef Salame and Rosette de Lyon along with your favorite pickles. Or heat the duck breast wrapped loosely in tin foil in a 300F oven to serve hot as an entrée over winter greens and Organic Italian lentils.
Each package contains a boneless, double-lobe duck breast available in your choice of sizes:
- Petite: about 1.25 - 1.8 lbs
- Grange: about 1.8 - 2.4 lbs
Keep refrigerated, or freezer for longer storage.
