Each bacon steak averages about 16oz or more. Store in freezer. Best when consumed within seven days after thawing.

Heating instructions:
Slow smoked over fruit wood, these seasoned Bacon Steaks are easy to serve hot. Let come to room temp, wrap loosely in tin foil and bake at 350F. Test the internal temperature after about 10 minutes. Exact timing depends on how cold the bacon steak is when it goes into the oven.
