A gold-label, limited-edition Smoked Salmon with Sweet + Spicy Zhong to celebrate the third year of Fishwife and Fly By Jing partnership.

What's Zhong? This sauce is inspired by the popular Chengdu street snack Zhong Dumplings. Fly By Jing made this concoction of aromatic "fuzhi" soy sauce slow-brewed with brown sugar, mushrooms, garlic, and a blend of spices. It’s sweet, tangy, spicy, and umami-rich all at once — a delicious combination with Fishwife's Smoked Salmon.

Use this tin to make a salmon melt with Tulip Tree Creamery's Nightshade Cheese and a side of our house-made Arrabbiata for dipping. Or serve this limited-release salmon over steamed rice, scrambled eggs, noodle dishes + more.
