This sausage, inspired by the traditional flavors of North Africa, blends local, pasture-raised Viking Lamb with harissa, crushed red pepper, and more. We smoked these links over hickory, so they’re fully cooked and simple to sear and serve.
Add to your breakfast Shakshuka or serve in buns with Tzatziki and feta. Chop to blend into bean salads and stews. Plate with couscous, tomatoes, and fennel. Serve on charcuterie boards paired with Nettle cheese.
Four links in each 12oz package. Keep refrigerated or freeze for longer storage.
Ingredients: lamb, red wine, salt, garlic, paprika, black peppercorns, dried oregano, crushed red pepper, harissa, cane sugar, red bell pepper, celery juice, cherry juice, Pork casing.
Refrigerated products are best by the printed date sticker, and freezing extends storage to 365 days after the printed date.
