Catfish we slow smoked over apple and cherry wood then finished under our butter glaze with ginger, honey, pinot grigio, and just a pinch of Calabrian pepper.

Fully cooked and ready to eat right out of the package, or simple to heat and serve hot with our Local Mushroom Risotto Kit or Organic Tagliolini Egg Pasta by Cipriani.

Each filet is about 5-6oz. Keep refrigerated or freezer to extend storage by 365 days.

Ingredients: farm-raised catfish, honey, cane sugar, lemon, lime, orange, vanilla, cardamom, cinnamon, star anise, thyme, ginger, butter, pinot grigio, Calabrian chile powder, red pepper flakes.
