Local, pasture-raised lamb bellies we cured under Indiana maple syrup, brown sugar, sea salt, and smoked over fruit wood -- pork free.

Fry or bake as you would regular bacon, though we recommend pulling our Lamb Bacon from the pan before it gets too crispy so the flavors really sing.

Top sandwiches, burgers, or pizza. Toss with salad greens plus Kenny's Kentucky Bleu cheese and pomegranate seeds. Layer over meatloaf, or plate it simple and straight up with fried eggs and Sour Cream Biscuits by Indy's own 4 Birds Bakery
