We slow cured whole beef bellies under black pepper, brown sugar, paprika, and molasses, then cold smoked 'em over a mixture of fruit woods.

Pan fry or bake beef bacon as you would traditional pork bacon. We like removing it from the heat before it gets too crispy when the balance of flavors are at their peak.

Use this pork-free bacon to make a top-shelf BLT. Crumble into warm sweet corn and City Ham chowder, adorn shrimp and grits, dress seafood + shellfish, and more.

16 oz package of slices; Keep refrigerated, or freeze for longer storage.
