Fully cooked, it's simple to sear slices in a skillet to serve next to potatoes, cabbage, and carrots. Or chop for corned beef hash. Pan fry or grill to make a serious corned beef burger between a bun with Thousand Island Dressing and fancy kraut. Each package contains one thick-cut slice about 8 oz, and serves 2+.
