We cross-cut our Hot-Smoked Wagyu Beef Bologna before basting 'em under our Cranberry Cherry BBQ Sauce that we spiked with Red Jalapeno Mustard, white pepper, black pepper, paprika, coriander, and more. Smoked over applewood and oak, we lacquered on more Cranberry Cherry BBQ Sauce as these hearty meat treats slow smoked.

Once heated through, slice thin to pile high on sandwiches topped with our House-Smoked Dutch Tulip Cheese.  Or cut thick slices for a centerplate to serve alongside our Mushroom Risotto Kits.

Reheating instructions: Pre-heat oven to 450F. Remove from package and place in an oven-safe dish. Bake until the top and sides reach your desired level of crispiness -- we like them crisp and caramelized. Time depends on how cold it was going into the oven. Begin checking after about the first 20 minutes.
