Made by Villa Jerada, Dukkah means "to pound" and we like serving this coarsely ground mixture of aromatic herbs, spices, and hazelnuts with olive oil and bread.
Dukkah is also ideal for marinades, stews, and dips. Add to thick cut steaks of Applewood Smoked City Ham or toss with roasted seasonal veggies and bacon bits.
