Our annual autumn tradition — we make these sweet preserves with cardamom, cinnamon, vanilla bean paste, and more plus a blend of local Maia Apples and Kosui Asian Pears from northern Indiana’s Doud's Orchard.
Serve on biscuits, flapjacks, waffles, grilled pork chops, roast chicken, and more. Pair it on charcuterie + cheese boards with our Rust Belt Saucisson and Salame Cotto and creamy Butterkäse cheese.
