We curing salmon under absinthe by Indy's own 8th Day Distillery plus fennel, fresh herbs, scallions, lemon, and more, then whipped the cured salmon with fresh goats' milk chevre, cream cheese, fresh herbs, citrus, and more.

Serve with Everything Organic Flatbread or your favorite bagels. Pair with our Good Food Award winning Saucisson Rouge on charcuterie boards, too.
