Named for one of the communities adjacent to Kenny's dairy farm, Dry Fork Reserve is an Alpine-style cheese made with Kenny's raw cows' milk and aged a minimum of 14 months.
Pair with our Sliced Lomo and 'Nduja Stuffed Bloody Mary Olives. Kenny also recommends using it for baking in bread and scone recipes, and to grate over pasta, especially with our Arrabbiata Sauce.
