We dry rubbed these tender Duroc baby back ribs with our house-made spice blend of brown sugar, paprika, coriander, rosemary and more. Glazed with a reduction of cranberries and 8th Day Distillery Gin, these smoked ribs are fully cooked and easy to heat and serve.

- Medium: about .95 - 1.5 lbs each

Ingredients: pork ribs, sea salt, brown sugar, granulated garlic, black pepper, paprika, ground coriander, ground rosemary, cinnamon, butter, gin, cranberry juice, Worchester sauce, raspberry vinegar, ketchup.

Optional Heating Instructions: Remove ribs from packaging and let rest at room temp for about 30 minutes. Wrap loosely with tin foil and rest on a baking sheet. Heat in a 300F oven or on the top rack of the grill for about 20 minutes or until heated throughout. How long it takes depends on how cold it was going into the oven/grill. In a rush? Cut into individual ribs before heating.
