We combined locally foraged pawpaws from our friends at Eli Creek Farms with local persimmons plus ginger, clove, and cinnamon for this savory-sweet blended mostarda, ideal as a charcuterie board accompaniment.

Pair with Nettle Cheese by Tulip Tree Creamery and our Rust Belt Saucisson. Use as a finishing glaze over our Hot Smoked Salmon.
