Locally foraged chanterelles -- the wild summer treat we all crave!

We blended these chanterelles with garlic, shallot, and extra virgin olive oil. 

Sprinkle into frittatas and omelettes. Top pasta and grilled steaks. Spoon onto crusty bread still hot from the toaster. Serve as a charcuterie board accompaniment paired with our Spruce Tip Bresaola and Foxglove cheese by Tulip Tree Creamery.
