Albacore Tuna in Olive Oil by Fishwife

This wild albacore tuna is pole-and-line caught in the Bay of Biscay by small boat fishermen. It then gets hand packed in 100% Spanish olive oil in the heart of the conservas tradition. 

Top an antipasto salad alongside our Genoa Salame, provolone, artichokes, and toasted nuts. Combine this albacore with olives to serve with slices of our Rosette de Lyon.
