We brined these chickens under spices and citrus then rubbed 'em with a generous dose of a house Jerk spice blend--which we spiked with preserved lemons we had put up under pink peppercorns and bay leaves.
These fully cooked chickens are ready to eat right out of the package, or simple to heat and serve hot. Make it a meal and serve with Simmer Sauce Beans or present centerplate alongside our Applewood Smoked City Ham
Each fully cooked chicken is about 2.5 - 3 lbs. Keep refrigerated or freeze for longer storage.
