We made this Bacon Jam with with our Applewood Smoked Bacon and Jowl Bacon plus vanilla bean paste, maple syrup and Guinness Draught Stout, the iconic Irish Stout beer.
Serve on sandwiches like City Ham and grilled cheese. Pair with creamy, rich cheeses like Trillium Triple Cream along with our Sweet & Spicy Pecans.
