Our version of this fall favorite starts with bison raised on pasture by our friends at Indiana's own Red Frazier farm.
After smoking the bison, we coarsely chop it to blend with our 'Nduja--rich with Calabrian pepper and paprika dulce--plus Pilsner beer from Taxman Brewing, black beans and chili beans, oregano, chili powder, a dash of Sprecher's cherry cola, and more.
Fully cooked, it's ready to simply heat on the stove top and serve. We like topping it with a few crumbles of Wickedly Hot Habanero Cheddar and a dash of hot sauce from Butterfly Bakery.
