Inspired by Cincinnati's classic Goetta, we made these tender links with beef and pork plus steel cut oats, fenugreek seeds, yellow onion, ginger, mace, white pepper, and more.

Four links in each 12oz package. Store in the freezer. Allow to thaw and reach room temp before searing to serve hot.
These natural pork casings are delicious and delicate -- we recommend searing in a pan or on the flat top low and slow to avoid bursting the natural casings. We like adding a bit of bacon drippings (or the oil of your choice) to the pan before gently searing these goetta links, too.
