We make our tuna salad with Bonito del Nord Tuna sustainably caught in Spain's Bay of Biscay in the traditional manner by the Arroyabe family, using live bait with just a pole, line, and hook.
Here at our Public Smokehouse inside Smoking Goose, we serve this tuna salad in our top-shelf Tuna Melt Sandwich with a side of our house-made Arrabbiata for dipping.
Ingredients: Arroyabe white tuna, shallots, scallions, parsley, mayonnaise, hot sauce, lemon, salt, black pepper.
