These mussels from the Galician coast are prepared in one of the most genuine sauces of Spain: escabeche, which is made with paprika, vinegar, oil, garlic, and bay leaves.

A great addition to your Seafood Paella Dinner or serve tapas-style by sauteing them with a little of our chorizo to serve over slices of hot toast.
