We ground fresh pork with our fenugreek-studded Salame Cotto as well as smoked maple syrup, Gochugaru, a touch of cayenne, and more. Ideal for biscuits + gravy, breakfast casseroles, and pattied next to eggs, this sausage is also delicious blended into chili and soups, as a stuffing for dumplings and fresh pasta, and blended into meatloaf topped with our Applewood Bacon.
