We roasted these pasture-raised, local lamb ribs before finishing 'em under a rich sauce spiked with gochujang, Asian pear, sesame oil, soy sauce, garlic, and more.

Fully cooked, these lamb ribs are ready to heat and simple to heat and serve hot (see heating instructions below). Serve these lamb ribs with our Local Mushroom Risotto Mix and Cherry Honey Mustard.

One half-rack in each package, available in sizes including

  • Small - 0.74 - 1lb each
  • Medium - 1 - 1.5lbs each
  • Large - 1.5 - 2lbs each
  • Extra Large - 2 - 2.5lbs each

Ingredients: lamb ribs, gochujang, brown sugar, Asian pear, rice wine vinegar, sesame oil, soy sauce, salt, thyme, rosemary, garlic, coriander, cumin, tamarind.

Optional Heating Instructions: Remove lamb ribs from packaging and let rest at room temp for about 30 minutes. Wrap loosely with tin foil and rest on a baking sheet. Heat in a 300F oven or on the top rack of the grill for about 20 minutes or until heated throughout. How long it takes depends on how cold it was going into the oven/grill. In a rush? Cut into individual ribs before heating.
