We blended wild boar with marjoram, garlic, black pepper, and more before stuffing this chubby loops to smoke low and slow.
Fully cooked, our Kielboarsa is simple to sear or grill and serve hot. Top it in a bun with Bavarian Mustard and local sauerkraut. Cut slices to pan fry a skillet dinner with fresh seasonal veg. Dice to stuff cabbage and build soups and dress egg dishes.
Each loop about 16oz. Keep refrigerated or freeze for longer storage.
