We made a rich sauce with our Arrabbiata plus smoked bison, elk, lamb, and camel to layer with pasta sheets and fresh ricotta with spinach. Topped with fresh mozzarella and parmesan, our Hunter's Lasagna is fully assembled and ready to simple heat and serve.
While the lasagna's in the oven, nibble on a charcuterie board collection, all perfectly paired (and on sale!) to simply unwrap and serve.
Each pan of lasagna is about 1-1.5 lbs. Serves 4+
Store frozen.
Heating instructions: Preheat oven to 375°F. Remove lasagna from freezer, place on a baking sheet, and cover loosely with tin foil. Bake for about 45-60 minutes. Exact timing depends on how cold it was going into the oven. Remove the tin foil and continue to bake for another 5-10 minutes until the lasagna is bubbling and golden brown delicious. Remove the lasagna from the oven and allow it to rest for 10 minutes before serving. (To shorten baking time, store frozen lasagna in the fridge overnight.)
