- Tradition Prestige - This White Sturgeon caviar is renowned for its large, silky eggs and elegant flavors including creamy, buttery notes, hints of salinity, and an impressive, clean taste that lingers and highlights its luxurious quality. This is Calvisius' flagship caviar: a pure expression of their legacy and craftsmanship The translucent color of the eggs can vary from warm brown to charcoal-gray or jet black.
- Black - This White Sturgeon roe is very gently heat treated to preserve aromas and flavors reminiscent of oysters + nori along with a clean finish and a slightly firmer texture. Versatile and delicious, it's an excellent "gateway" caviar.
