This White Sturgeon roe is very gently heat treated to preserve aromas and flavors reminiscent of oysters + nori along with a clean finish and a slightly firmer texture. Versatile and delicious, it's an excellent "gateway" caviar.
Pair with Creme Fraiche and blini. Serve on charcuterie boards paired with our Duck Prosciutto and our Good Food Award winning Saucisson Rouge.
