We poached crawfish and lobster tails in butter, shallot, thyme, and lemon to blend with cavatappi pasta and a rich cheese sauce we made with Cabot Wickedly Habanero Cheese plus Cajun spices and white wine.

Fully assembled and ready to simply bake and serve - see easy heating instructions below.

Ingredients: lobster tails, crawfish, lobster stock, Cavatappi pasta, white wine, butter, creamed cheese, red bell pepper, heavy whipping cream, garlic, flour, salt, panko bread crumbs, shallot, parmesan, white cheddar, Habanero cheddar, shallot, cajun seasoning, bay leaf, thyme

Store in freezer, then follow these easy heating instructions:

1. Remove from freezer and thaw completely.

2. Preheat oven to 400F. Remove the plastic packaging and cover its baking tin loosely with aluminum foil. Place directly on oven rack and bake for about 10-15 minutes.

4. Remove foil and bake an additional 10 minutes or until heated through and golden brown delicious on top. Exact timing depends on how cold it was going into the oven.

5. Allow to cool 2-3 minutes before serving.
