We marinated these hams under lemon peel, cinnamon, allspice, and nutmeg before glazing 'em with Laird’s applejack and dried currants. Double smoked over hickory and oak, this tender ham is fully cooked and ready to eat or simple to heat and serve hot.

Pair with Heyday Simmer Sauce Beans topped with our Bacon Bits.

Each package is about 1 lb. Store in freezer immediately upon arrival. Use within 14 days of thawing.
